By accessing and using Zentrofy services, powered by ZentroRide, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of our website and services.

1. Service Availability

Our services are available in the UAE, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, at any time, at our discretion.

2. Bookings

• Services: Bookings can be made through our website or mobile app for various services, including airport transfers, city rides, car hire, and tours.
• Car Hire: You must hold a valid driving license to rent a car. Additional documentation may be required.
• Tours and Special Services: These services require advance booking. Specific cancellation policies may apply to each service.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in AED and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payments must be made in full at the time of booking via our secure payment gateway.
• Additional fees may apply for extra services or booking modifications.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Rides and Car Hire: Cancellations made 24 hours before the service are eligible for a full refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 24 hours.
• Tours and Safaris: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. No refunds are given for cancellations within 24 hours.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Zentrofy services responsibly and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any misuse or unlawful activity may lead to termination of access to our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Zentrofy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from any service disruptions.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on our website, and your continued use of our services after such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the UAE. Any disputes or legal matters arising from the use of Zentrofy services will be handled in the courts of the UAE.
