Booking Conditions

These Booking Conditions apply to all bookings made through Zentrofy. By making a booking, you agree to these conditions.

1. Booking Process

Bookings can be made online through our website or mobile app. You are required to provide accurate details, including your name, contact information, and payment details.

2. Booking Confirmation

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the relevant details. Please review this information to ensure accuracy. If there are any discrepancies, notify us immediately.

3. Payment and Charges

Full payment is required at the time of booking for all services. Prices are in AED, and any applicable taxes will be included in the final price. Additional charges may apply for extra services or modifications to your booking.

4. Cancellations

  • Rides and Car Hire: Cancellations made 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. No refund is provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.
  • Tours and Special Services: Cancellations made 48 hours before the tour will be refunded in full. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service.

5. Modifications

If you need to modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Service Availability

We make every effort to ensure that all services are available as scheduled. However, circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or operational issues, may affect service availability. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative options or refunds.
