We understand that plans can change, and we have developed this Cancellation and Refund Policy to ensure transparency and fairness in the process. By making a booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. General Cancellation Policy

Rides and Car Rentals: If you need to cancel your booking for a ride or car rental, we offer the following:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service are not eligible for a refund.

City Tours: Since these services require advance planning, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable.

2. How to Cancel Your Booking

To cancel your booking, please contact our customer support team at contact@zentrofy.com or through our website’s customer service portal. Please provide your booking reference number, full name, and the details of the service you wish to cancel.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refunded amount in your account.

4. Exceptions

  • Force Majeure: In cases of unexpected events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions, we may offer flexibility in cancellations. We will notify affected customers and work with them to find a satisfactory solution.
  • No Show: If a customer does not show up for their scheduled service, no refund will be provided.
  • Service Interruptions: In the event of service interruptions due to factors like weather conditions or technical issues, we will do our best to reschedule your booking or offer a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

5. Modification of Booking

  • If you wish to modify your booking (e.g., changing the date or time), please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service for rides and car rentals, and at least 48 hours before desert safaris and city tours.
  • Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges, depending on the changes made.

6. Refunds for Non-Refundable Services

Some services, such as certain promotions or discounted offers, may not be refundable. These details will be provided at the time of booking, and customers will be informed of any non-refundable services before finalizing the booking.

7. Customer Rights

As a customer, you have the right to cancel your booking as per the terms outlined above. We value your trust and aim to offer fair and transparent terms to ensure you are satisfied with the service you receive.
